Q: What do you charge?

A: It's a 65 dollar diagnostic charge to come out and tell you exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix the problem. If you get the repair done with us the 65 dollar service call goes towards the repair.

Q: Do you fix it right then and there?

A: Sometimes - We have a full stock of parts on the truck and we do have a high completion percentage of jobs the first time out. Sometimes though we need to order parts but if we do it's a very short wait.

Q: Is there a charge for you to come out again if you don't have the part?

A: No there is no charge whatsoever to return to finish the job.

Q: Is the estimate you give to do the repair accurate?

A: Yes! Not only is it accurate but accurate to the cent. We give our customers a flat rate price where no matter what happens we do NOT raise the price of a job once we give you the final quote.

Q: Is your company experienced and how long have you been in business?

A: Express Appliance Service was started Jan 1, 2006 so we have 4 years of proven excellence and our technicians have 20 plus years of repair experience as well as all certifications in the appliance repair field.

Q: Do you warranty your work?

A: Yes we give you a 2 year warranty on all jobs that we perform.

Q: Do you offer service agreements?

A: Yes we do. We offer a service agreement which gives you a dryer vent cleaning along with all scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns. You can call us anytime to inquire about our service agreements.
